Scott Containers

Scott Containers is a distributor of large volume, PG II, disposable medical waste containers.

Each Scott Chemotherapy and Biohazard Container is designed with:

• PG-II packaging: for transport and disposal without secondary packaging (no 4G-fiberboard box, biohazard bag or absorbent pouches) under DOT and OSHA guidelines [49 CFR 173.24 (f) & 29 CFR 1910.1030]
• Hermetic Permanent Leak-Proof Seal: using a glue bead technology that permanently adheres the lid to the container, far superior than the traditional rubber gaskets on other PG-II containers
• Higher Max Allowable Weight: 62 lbs for our 18 gal versions vs. 30-35 lbs for other containers
• Hanging Lid System: Not available elsewhere, preferred by clinical staff for improved container access during use
• Stackable Design, Puncture Resistant and Very High Shock Resistance
• Environmentally friendly, The Containers Burn Clean: no toxic or harmful gas emissions, leaving water as the primary by-product of incineration
